About QCoreSecure
QCoreSecure (www.qcoresecure.com) is a Quantum Security company delivering true, hardware-generated randomness using a patented Silicon-Photonics QRNG technology developed with IIT Madras. Our platform provides ultra-secure, high-throughput quantum randomness through a cloud API and in-premise appliances, enabling banks, fintech companies, payment systems, cybersecurity platforms, gaming providers, and critical infrastructure to strengthen encryption, authentication, and digital identity.
As we scale our platform globally, we are expanding our core team to take our QRNG technology from engineering to enterprise adoption.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle of our QRNG Cloud Platform, In-Premise Appliance, and SDK ecosystem. This role converts advanced quantum hardware into enterprise-ready security products across payments, banking, cybersecurity, telecom, digital identity, AI, and gaming. It requires strong market understanding, technical depth, and the ability to work closely with engineering, customers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the QRNG Cloud API, in-premise appliance, SDKs, dashboards, and supporting services.
- Translate quantum hardware capabilities into secure, scalable, enterprise-ready products for banking, fintech, cybersecurity, telecom, digital identity, AI, and gaming.
- Conduct market and competitive research across PRNGs, TRNGs, cloud entropy services, HSM ecosystems, and PQC vendors to guide prioritization.
- Identify and validate high-impact use cases such as key generation, secure authentication, payment encryption, digital identity, AI entropy, blockchain security, gaming randomness, and IoT security.
- Define clear product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, SLAs, and performance benchmarks for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, cloud, and software engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant, high-availability product releases.
- Work with marketing on messaging, positioning, datasheets, solution briefs, pricing, and launch content.
- Support sales teams with demos, technical discussions, POCs, and enterprise evaluations.
- Drive customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of both cloud and appliance products.
- Gather customer and partner feedback to refine product features, usability, and long-term roadmap direction.
- Coordinate with compliance and QA teams on NIST, SP800-90B, Dieharder, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related certification efforts.
- Build and manage partner integrations with HSM vendors, cybersecurity platforms, fintech systems, and cloud providers.
- 7–12 years of product management experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or cloud-based platforms.
- Strong background in security products, with experience in one or more of:
- Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
- Key Management Systems (KMS)
- Encryption and cryptographic systems
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- PKI, certificate authorities, or secure key generation
- Entropy/randomness technologies or security hardware
- Experience working with enterprise security teams, CISOs, architects, and compliance stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cryptographic concepts including randomness, entropy quality, key generation, authentication frameworks, and secure API design.
- Proven track record of taking complex technical products through the full lifecycle—from concept, specification, and development to market launch and customer adoption.
- Experience running enterprise pilots, POCs, and coordinating technical integrations in regulated environments.
- Ability to convert technical capabilities into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and customer-focused value propositions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Minimum: BE / BTech in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Master’s degree (MTech / MS / MBA) is required, preferably in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Product Management, or a related field.
- Experience with cryptographic hardware, secure silicon, embedded security modules, or quantum-safe technologies.
- Background working with banks, fintech companies, payment processors, cybersecurity vendors, or cloud security platforms.
- Exposure to quantum technologies or quantum-safe security (not mandatory).
- Work with breakthrough silicon-photonics quantum hardware.
- Shape a new global category in cybersecurity.
- High-impact role with ownership of core product direction.
- Fast-paced environment with direct influence on product strategy and enterprise adoption.
