Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident-response processes to ensure stability and quick recovery of production environments.
- Collaborate with the support and dev teams to investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues, providing root-cause analysis and continuous improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support during critical incidents
- Set up AWS accounts and organizational units inside the organization using AWS security best practices
- Set up complex CI/CD pipelines from scratch using AWS native tools
- Set up and manage infrastructure using CloudFormation
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure proper integration with customer's infrastructure
- Proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a minimum of 5+ years.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based multi-account infrastructure on AWS
- Experience implementing AWS security best practices
- Develop and maintain AWS ECS clusters, ensuring scalability, high availability, and optimal performance
- Solid expertise with AWS services such as: VPC, ECS, RDS/Aurora, ALB, CloudFront, API Gateway, Cognito, IAM, SecretsManager
- Provision and manage infrastructure using CloudFormation
- Set up CI/CD process using AWS native tools (Сode commit, deploy, pipeline, build)
- Experience using Datadog or New Relic services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
- Experience with AWS DMS and AWS MSK
- Experience working with multi-cloud environments
- Experience working with (or implementing) highly available cross-region applications and respective DR mechanisms
