Associate UX Designer - Customer

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Associate UX Designer who’s

keen to strengthen our multidisciplinary team!

As an Associate User Experience Artisan at the UK’s largest supermarket, you’ll help

craft digital shopping experiences used by millions. You’ll work on new opportunities,

contributing to the smart solutions that improve every stage of a customer’s

shopping journey. You’ll get to know business objectives and user expectations,

helping build design solutions that exceed both. And you’ll become an expert in

testing, iterating and improving what you do and how you do it!

Audiences don't get bigger or more diverse than this. We have 11 million active app

users and over 1 million online grocery orders a week. So, this is an outstanding

opportunity to work on some high-profile user journeys. You'll need a big appetite for

learning everything human-centred design, customer research and data and

analytics. Collaboration mixed with expertise and insight is the recipe for successful

design. So, you’ll be working with some of the finest UX and UI designers,

researchers, UX writers, service designers, data and analytics experts, product

managers and developers.

Our secret ingredient is our Digital Design System. So, it would be great if you

already have experience using one!

Here’s a taste of what you can expect.

You’ll join a business that values your expertise, experience and insight. That

nurtures your personal and career growth, with opportunities for every stage of your

journey. You’ll be a crucial part of a dedicated team full of individuals from a diverse
