🤖 AI Engineer Specialist | London | Hybrid Working


Are you an experienced AI Engineer ready to take ownership of advanced AI delivery within a fast-growing data and analytics environment? Do you want to help shape how AI is designed, deployed, and scaled across real-world, mission-critical products?


We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer Specialist with strong communication ability, hands-on AI engineering experience, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions. In this role, you will contribute to both the technical leadership and strategic development of the AI capability, helping drive innovation across the business.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development, optimisation, and deployment of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI models
  • Design and maintain robust AI and data pipelines, including model monitoring, automation, scalability, and performance improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into production-ready AI solutions
  • Experiment with and integrate LLMs, agent frameworks, and reasoning-based systems into real-world applications
  • Support and mentor junior team members on engineering standards, model quality, and best-practice delivery
  • Champion responsible AI, ensuring transparency, versioning, documentation, and evaluation at every stage


🌟 What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field (Master’s desirable)
  • 3–5 years’ hands-on experience delivering AI or ML solutions in production environments
  • Proven expertise with Generative AI + Agentic AI, including frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or equivalent
  • Strong Python engineering skills, with experience building, testing, and deploying high-quality models and pipelines
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks, as part of modern cloud-native data engineering workflows
  • Good understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, observability and version control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, able to translate technical ideas into measurable value
  • A growth and leadership mindset - confident in driving forward innovation, standards and team development
