Microsoft Intune & SCCM Specialist

Location:Near Brussels with 3 days remote

Role Overview:

As a Microsoft Intune & SCCM Specialist, you will play a key role in our migration to Microsoft Intune, designing and managing Zero-Trust device deployments with Windows Autopilot while supporting ongoing SCCM operations. You'll ensure security compliance, optimize processes, and resolve complex issues to deliver a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

1. Intune Management:

Develop and deploy MDM/MAM policies using Microsoft Intune.

Oversee mobile devices (iPhones/iPads) and ensure endpoint security compliance.

2. SCCM/MECM Operations:

Create and deploy applications using PowerShell scripting.

Troubleshoot application deployments and device configurations.

3. Windows Autopilot Administration:

Design and implement Autopilot profiles for Zero-Trust architecture.

Streamline device provisioning and onboarding processes.

4. Support & Documentation:

Provide L3 escalation support for complex issues.

Collaborate on creating knowledge base articles and training materials.

What We're Looking For:

• Technical Skills:

Microsoft Intune: 3+ years (MDM, MAM, policy management).

SCCM/MECM: 7+ years (application deployment, troubleshooting, co-management).

Windows Autopilot: 2+ years (profile design and deployment).

PowerShell scripting expertise.

Strong understanding of Zero-Trust principles.

• Experience:

Managing large-scale migrations from SCCM to Intune.

Troubleshooting Windows OS and iOS devices.

Supporting global teams with complex infrastructures.

• Soft Skills:

Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.

Team player with the ability to document processes effectively
