What you'll be doing:

  • Develop user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Managers, Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to understand user needs and product requirements
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and present your solutions to stakeholders
  • Maintain consistency and scalability by adhering to design systems, style guides and pattern libraries
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in UX design


Who you are:

Must haves:

  • A bachelor's degree in an IT or Design related field
  • At least 3 years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise software
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design process, from research to final deliverables
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite for creating interactive prototypes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with testing tools and qualitative data analysis
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems, style guides and pattern libraries
  • Understanding of front-end development and the ability to inform design decisions with HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
