About the Team

Based in our South Melbourne global HQ, the Cloud Team is building a next-generation suite of cloud-based products from the ground up. These products enable new workflows for remote collaboration, media management, content creation and device integration—helping professionals work in entirely new ways.

You’ll join a focused group of experienced engineers working across the full product lifecycle, from prototyping through to release.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build high-quality software in Go (Golang) within a microservice or serverless AWS environment
  • Design, implement and maintain scalable, reliable and secure backend services
  • Write clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage (unit, integration, API)
  • Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate across engineering disciplines
  • Write infrastructure-as-code where needed (Terraform or CDK)
  • Solve complex problems across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and media workflows


About You

You’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys building robust, scalable systems and shipping real products. You’re comfortable owning work end-to-end and contributing in a collaborative environment.


What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of professional experience in backend or cloud engineering
  • Strong, hands-on experience building production-ready software in Golang
  • Experience developing microservices or event-driven architectures
  • Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.)
  • Comfortable with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Interest or experience in media/video technologies (streaming, encoding, HLS) is a bonus
  • Solid understanding of software testing practices and automation
  • A proactive mindset and desire to build impactful, widely used products
