The Role
This position offers high autonomy and involvement in new, partially greenfield projects within a fast-evolving environment. More specifically:

The Role
This position offers high autonomy and involvement in new, partially greenfield projects within a fast-evolving environment. More specifically:
- Design and build robust, scalable systems using Rust
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant software
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with Rust best practices
- Use quantitative analysis and benchmarking to guide architectural and performance decisions
- Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy
- Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence
- Stay up to date with the Rust ecosystem and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Rust programming language and its ecosystem
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bonus points for exposure to infrastructure, UI/UX, or data science
- Flexibility to work from anywhere across Europe
