Job Description :

In our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers,…), you act as the ‘bridge’ between the business-profiles and technical-profiles in the Automation Squad around (Gen)AI topics.

As a engagement specialist you will be responsible for educating and engaging stakeholders on the potential and applications of Generative AI. Responsibilities lies as well on the facilitation of MS Copilot usage and follow up on the possibilities of the tool . This role aims to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, fostering a culture of innovation and informed decision-making.

You are familiar with best practices around AI implementations.

Experience

• Proven experience in technology education, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their business applications.

Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts around (Gen)AI.

• Strong analytical skills to assess stakeholder needs and measure the impact of educational initiatives.

• Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams.

• Knowledgeable on the principles of Generative AI, including how models like large language models (LLMs) work.

• Analysis, evaluation and visual representation of (Gen)AI results and knowledgeable on different measurements and KPI's on (Gen)AI.

• Prompt Engineering skills

• (Gen)AI Evaluation & Optimization/Finetuning (together with Business stakeholders)

• The field of Generative AI is rapidly evolving, so continuous learning mindset is important.
