As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you learn everything there is to know about talent acquisition in the engineering world. Key responsibilities:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is ready to dive into the world of recruitment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
- No experience needed: This is an entry-level role, so no prior experience in recruitment is required, but eagerness to learn is essential!
- Strong communicator: You enjoy connecting with people and have great verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and curious: You’re eager to take initiative, ask questions, and solve problems.
- Organized and detail-oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
- Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- Interest in technology: You’re excited to work with engineering and R&D professionals.
