In this role, you’ll be part of a central analytics function that partners closely with leaders across the business. Your work will be hands-on, insights-driven, and directly tied to improving performance, productivity and forecasting accuracy.
What you’ll work on
- Exploring large operational datasets to uncover patterns, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Sitting alongside business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical tasks.
- Designing dashboards, reports and visual tools that bring clarity to complex information.
- Using statistical techniques and machine-learning methods to sharpen forecasts and optimise resource planning.
- Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen cross-team collaboration.
What you’ll bring
- Around 3+ years in data science, analytics or BI roles.
- A degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Maths, Stats, Economics, etc.).
- Strong capability with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and modelling).
- Solid SQL skills for handling large, messy datasets.
- Experience with Python or R for modelling and analysis.
- Confidence communicating insights to all levels of the business.
