This role supports the support, improvement and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions across the business. It blends technical business analysis with strong hands-on scrum skillset and real life experience. You’ll help teams by running huddles, monitor project progress, gather requirements, shape practical solutions and keep delivery moving with clear ownership and accountability.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Platform ownership & support
- Act as the go-to for Dynamics 365/Power Platform, triage and resolve L2/L3 issues, maintain SLAs, and manage problem/incident follow-ups.
- Maintain environments, data quality and configuration, and uphold best practices for managed/unmanaged solutions and ALM.
- Change delivery
- Business requirements gathering from stakeholders, translate into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and entity models.
- Configure low-code changes (forms, views, business rules, model-driven/canvas apps, Power Automate flows)
- Prepare/update functional & technical design documents and maintain solution documentation.
- Scrum master duties
- Facilitate stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retros, manage the team board in Microsoft Planner
- Work closely with IT, cybersecurity and business teams to shape feasible and secure solutions.
- Testing & release
- Define and execute UAT plans and regression testing, manage test cases and defects and remediate before push to production.
- Orchestrate release to production, coordinate approvals and deploy changes safely to production.
- Stakeholder engagement
- Partner with business owners, SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet outcomes and are adopted.
Skills & Experience (must have)
- 3–5 years in Dynamics 365 projects (Technical BA / Functional Consultant / Tech-leaning BA) delivering enhancements and support.
- Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, Dataverse, solution lifecycle management, and best practices for managed/unmanaged solutions.
- Experience across the Power Platform (Power Apps, model-driven & canvas, Power Automate).
- Comfortable building entity models and translating requirements into functional & technical designs.
- Test plans/cases, coordinating UAT, and managing defects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and within a squad.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and quickly learn new processes/technologies.
- High level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
