Now Hiring: Project Manager – Identity & Privileged Access Management
Employment: Permanent Role
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid
Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of identity-related projects, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Application Owners, and third-party vendors.
- Track progress, manage project interdependencies, and perform risk identification and mitigation to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Provide regular status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create, update, and manage Jira tickets and project boards to support project tracking and delivery.
- Develop and maintain Confluence documentation, including project artifacts, decision logs, and technical overviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) to support effective project governance.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Proven experience managing identity-related or IT security projects within medium to large organizations.
- Strong familiarity with IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and authentication vs. authorization principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in creating project documentation and managing workstreams in Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of project governance practices, including RAID management.
