As a Project Manager and Coordinator for Tax Initiatives within the KDN delivery portfolio, you will be the central point of contact ensuring seamless collaboration between lead member firms such as Spain or US, clients, and internal teams. Your mission is to drive successful execution of client-facing projects by aligning resources, managing timelines, and fostering transparent communication across all stakeholders.
You will:
· Act as the primary liaison between lead member firms and clients, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
· Coordinate project activities, monitor progress using project management tools, and maintain quality standards.
· Facilitate decision-making by providing accurate, timely updates and insights to leadership and clients.
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement, trust, and confidence in project outcomes.
Experience & Skills
· Holds a recognized project management certification suitable for entry-level roles.
· Solid understanding of project management methodologies and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
· Prior exposure or internship experience in multinational environments or Big 4 firms (preferred).
· Familiarity with tools and metrics for tracking and evaluating project performance.
· Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
· Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Thrives in client-focused environments, contributing positively to team culture and client satisfaction.
· Collaborates effectively with senior team members and demonstrates initiative for continuous learning.
