SII Belgium is looking for a passionate and ambitious Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will design predictive models, analyze complex datasets, and transform insights into actionable recommendations for our clients. You will be at the heart of data-driven projects, helping to unlock the value of large-scale data and create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand new business contexts and apply your data expertise across various sectors.
- Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources.
- Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems.
- Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Use Python and Data Science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch…) to build analytical pipelines.
- Work in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and automate workflows for large-scale projects.
- Communicate results clearly and effectively, adapting your message to different audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data manipulation.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning techniques and visualization tools (Matplotlib, Power BI, Tableau…).
- Familiarity with Cloud and DevOps concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
