What You'll Do
As HR, Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Specialist, you will provide high-quality HR & Benefits support to the BCG Brussels office and contribute to people initiatives across the broader LAB system (London, Amsterdam, Brussels). You will implement key elements of BCG’s People strategy to drive performance, engagement, and retention. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for general HR and Benefits matters, collaborating closely with teams across Brussels and LAB. This is a broad and varied role where you’ll combine operational excellence with strategic contributions
General HR
You will advise employees and managers on people-related matters and employment conditions throughout the full employee lifecycle. You’ll ensure that our HR processes run smoothly, meet the highest standards, and are fully compliant with legal requirements. Whether managing sick leave cases or improving our broader employee experience, you’ll be focused on supporting our people in the best possible way.
Together with our Global Operations team in Delhi, you’ll lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, and any employee lifecycle changes in between. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of local and LAB-wide HR policies, keeping them relevant and up to date. In collaboration with our Pathways team, you’ll help coordinate secondments and educational leaves, making sure these transitions are well supported.
Finally, you will play an active role in engagement initiatives across LAB.
Benefits & Wellbeing
As the main point of contact for all employee Benefits & Wellbeing initiatives in the Brussels office, you will take full ownership of our local benefits offering. You will ensure the day-to-day delivery of benefit schemes and the smooth running of our benefits platform, while continuously looking for opportunities to evolve our offering in line with employee needs, legal requirements and market developments.
- You will liaise with providers and brokers to manage the operational and contractual aspects of our benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- You’ll coordinate annual renewals, upgrades and supplier reviews, while also raising awareness and engagement amongst employees through targeted communications and organising events in the offices.
- Close collaboration with our Finance and Tax teams will be essential to ensure correct payroll integration and tax compliance.
- Together with the LAB Benefits & Wellbeing Manager and global counterparts you will work on regional initiatives and contribute to wider wellbeing efforts across the LAB system.
Alongside your daily responsibilities, you will lead or support a variety of projects that strengthen our employee value proposition and further enhance the people experience at BCG.
These initiatives span both HR and Benefits and reflect our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
