With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Join a growing ESG Risk Team within Baltic Banking Risk organization that is responsible for identification, measurement, assessment, and control of ESG related risks in Swedbank. As a new area in the financial industry, your work will have an impact on building sustainability conscious risk practices
- Maintain and improve existing or build new monitoring and reporting processes
- Develop data dashboards and contribute to the development of other tools
- Use analytical and creative skills to identify financial implications of ESG risks
- Be part of the variety of ESG risk initiatives across the organization, contributing to ESG risk integration in business, finance or other risk activities
- University degree in the field of Data Engineering, Mathematics & Modelling, Statistics, IT, Finance, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, regulatory reporting, or similar
- Good knowledge of data sourcing, databases, using SQL and/or similar languages. Experience in working with SPSS and/or SAS or similar applications. Familiarity with GIS, Python is a bonus
- Analytical mind, drive to learn, proactive attitude and team player mindset
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
- Good communication and visualisation skills (complex matter explained simple); proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in English language and of one of the Baltic languages (both written and spoken)
- Ideally but not a must, the familiarity with sustainability/ESG topic
