CRE Agents is looking for a Senior Engineer to help us build the leading agentic automation platform for the commercial real estate (CRE) industry in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll join a small, highly skilled team of engineers that have been developing the product a little over a year. We're facing a wide range of technical challenges as we're scaling the product to meet market demand. You will be expected to:

• Develop a deep understanding of our codebase, systems, and design decisions.
• Contribute to product discussions with deep technical expertise and low ego.
• Build holistically with a focus on product superiority over development metrics.
• Deliver high quality solutions quickly and iteratively.
• Constantly challenge yourself to achieve more.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in designing and implementing robust, scalable Python applications.
• Broad technology experience, including cloud platforms (especially AWS), databases, messaging systems, automation, etc.
• Hands-on experience building agentic applications powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Excitement for the potential of AI and an eagerness to innovate in a rapidly evolving field.

HOW WE WORK

• We work remotely, with flexibility to use private or shared offices.
• The company operates in US Eastern Time and you will be expected to be available until 11am (6pm Estonian time).
