Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain workflow and automation tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack bots, low-code platforms).
- Support the implementation of target process models designed by architects.
- Prepare and maintain internal documentation: SOPs, user guides, checklists.
- Update process documentation based on defined triggers (new release, new policy).
- Collect missing information from relevant departments and ensure completeness.
- Test low-code automations, templates, and scripts; perform first-level troubleshooting.
- Provide operational support in AI/automation initiatives (test outputs, prepare input data, report issues).
- Act as a communication bridge: ping stakeholders, request missing info, follow up on deadlines.
- Log operational activities and updates in workflow systems for transparency.
- Experience with workflow/project management systems (ClickUp, Jira, or similar).
- Basic technical skills in low-code automation, integrations, or scripting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce clear documentation (SOP, guides, process diagrams).
- Good communication skills; proactive in chasing information and aligning stakeholders.
- Interest in AI/automation projects and willingness to grow technical skills.
