Betono Mozaika UAB has been operating in the Baltic market for more than 25 years, providing high-quality landscaping products and solutions. The company has a strong presence in Lithuania and Latvia and is now expanding in Estonia. To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Project Manager who will develop the Estonian market and build long-term client relationships.

Location: Tallinn
Work time: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00
Salary: 4000€ gross
Expectations for the candidate
- Experience in construction or related technical industries (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience in project management or business development
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- University degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Business Management
- Estonian — good communication level (mandatory)
- English or Russian — good communication level
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and strong communication skills
Job duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies in Estonia
- Find and attract new customers
- Manage projects with architects and construction companies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Solve customer-related and operational issues together with Baltic teams
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct basic market and pricing analysis
- Cooperate with colleagues in Latvia and Lithuania to ensure smooth project delivery
