Senior Embedded Developer

The opportunity

For our Automation & Communication product group of Grid Automation business unit we are looking for an experienced Embedded Developer.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Fulfill the needs and requirements of different Hitachi Energy products
• Take part in the development of IEC61850-based components
• Actively contribute to the integration of developed components into Hitachi Energy solutions
• Actively test and maintain versions of delivered components
  
  

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience working with build and test automation with embedded DUTs (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), preferably with Azure DevOps;;
• 3+ years of experience with an objective oriented programming language, preferably with C#, C++, and Python;
• 3+ years of experience working with (embedded) Linux & embedded C;
• Experience of working with international standards, like IEC, IEEE;
• Ability to co-operate in international and multi-cultural environment
• Excellent communicator, ability to understand other views and opinions, good negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
