At Hiab, we are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst – CRM to play a key role in transforming how we leverage customer relationship management (CRM) data to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.
In this role, you will design, manage, and continuously improve our end-to-end CRM data architecture - supporting everything from strategy formulation to performance reporting. Your insights will help optimize sales processes, strengthen decision-making, and accelerate business growth across our divisions and Customer Support Center’s. Supporting the effectiveness of the CRM platform as a source of truth for customer and account information, and in enabling cross-functional business users to derive actionable insights from CRM data.

This position will be based in Helsinki, Finland or Malmö, Sweden.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Support business development initiatives by leading complex data-driven analyses and projects, while efficiently managing stakeholder relationships across the organization
- Maintain clean, reliable CRM data while also contributing to business requirements gathering, data mapping, and processing documentation.
- Design and implement data models, and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Support commercial growth and business development through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead initiatives to promote and drive CRM adoption and ensure its effective use across the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CSC and divisions regarding CRM-related questions, support, and training
- Create and maintain Sales Activity dashboards for CSC and Divisions to enable data-driven management and better demand forecasting.
- Support the Customer Master Data team in prioritization and requirements to ensure data reliability and consistency.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experienced data professional, adept at working across the entire end-to-end commercial database and utilizing visualization tools effectively.
- You listen well and communicate clearly - consulting, facilitating, and presenting are all natural parts of your work
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experienced in project management and change management
- 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or CRM/CPQ management.
- Business Administrator role in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) including implementation and management.
- Experience in some of the following programs: Google BigQuery (SQL), Python, DAX, M, VBA; and in Data Analytics Platform on Expert Level (preferably Looker Studio and/or Salesforce Analytics. Others: Power BI, Tableau) with ETL experience in some of these Platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align initiatives with business goals and develop effective strategies for sales process improvement.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in handling complex data sets and utilizing data analytics platforms, visualization tools, and modern reporting solutions.
- Presentation skills: Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from sales teams to senior leadership.
- Change Manager: Ability to convince senior and lower-level managers of new ways of working.
- Problem-solving: A proactive and hands-on approach to identifying and addressing challenges in sales processes and CRM adoption.
