What You'll Do
Reporting to the Talent Manager of the division, you will be the HR partner responsible for a group of approximately 60 consultants. You will support them in their development and career management. You will work closely with the entire HR team and the Consulting staff.
TACHES & RESPONSABILITES
Business Partner
- Assemble consultant teams based on sold projects and business needs, as well as the development needs of consultants and their personal preferences and constraints.
- Act as a real "business partner" with Managing Directors and Project Managers to meet their staffing needs (resource allocation): assist in identifying the profiles and expertise of consultants.
- Conduct a weekly project pipeline review with Managing Directors.
- Coordinate with staffing managers from other offices in the region to deploy international resources if necessary.
- Monitor resource utilization rates and anticipate activity levels.
- HR Coordinator (~60 consultants): onboarding of new consultants, regular meetings with consultants, risk prevention, and monitoring of development needs.
- Cooperate with local and regional career development teams.
- Contribute to monthly career committees.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects (bonuses, KPIs, continuous improvement, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with recruitment, training, and mobility teams.
Master's degree (business school or university equivalent), you have gained significant experience in consulting or HR functions and have a real passion for HR. You have developed 2 years of experience, ideally in a consulting environment, and you are looking to grow within a fast-growing consulting firm. Recruitment experience is a plus.
