Our Story

We are seeking a skilled and motivated (senior) Full Stack Developer - Web to join our team to make a significant impact on our company's web presence while working with modern technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You will contribute to the evolution of our web architecture, ensuring a high-performing, visually compelling, SEO-optimized digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new web page components, refine existing ones, and contribute to website redesign efforts in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Extend our CMS Statamic, to support additional input from our authors.
• Influence the future direction of our web technologies, currently built with Statamic, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js for static site generation. You will interface with our backend written in C++.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

You would be great for this position if you have

• Proficiency in PHP/Laravel (must-have), with experience in developing robust and scalable web applications.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS frameworks (must-have), with a particular focus on Tailwind CSS, to create responsive, modern, and maintainable front-end solutions.
• Experience in building and maintaining dynamic, high-performance web solutions, following the best coding practices and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO principles, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving skills translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and strong communication skills (in English)
• Nice to have: familiarity with Statamic for content management, Figma for UI/UX design collaboration, Alpine.js for lightweight interactivity, and Python for automation or backend development.
