Role Description

As Fund Operations Analyst, you will play an active role in the operations of innovative investment products as well as in shaping the state-of-the-art alternative investment platforms and bespoke client offerings. Being guided by our broader growth strategy, you will assist to develop, support, and control the financial processes within the organization.

We are looking for people with initial experience in audit, finance, fund administration or accounting. You will be dealing with investment professionals and external service providers, such as banks, paying agents, and fund administrators. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and well-spoken team player to support our team. You will help to make our company resilient.

To succeed in that role, you should have a structured and independent working approach, strong project management skills, a solution-oriented approach, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Life-cycle management of structured products, special purpose vehicles and investment funds across various jurisdictions (incl. NAV calculations)
  • Liasing with international service providers
  • Payment management
  • Support in execution of private equity investments
  • Support on regulatory filings and audits in Switzerland, Luxembourg and UK
  • Execution and documentation of internal control system (ICS)
  • Support in the KYC processes

Requirements

  • University/Professional University graduate in Economics/Finance/similar with excellent academic credentials
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in the financial industry, preferably with some experience in audit of financial services or in fund administration
  • Structured, independent, thorough, analytical way of working and have an eye for detail
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required (English is the team language)
  • Fluent in German and/or French is a plus
