The Role
As a Product Manager within the Marketing Technology team, you’ll work closely with eight internal marketing groups, translating broad ideas and evolving requirements into clear product strategies, refined features, and well-executed solutions.
This is a highly collaborative role, building bespoke internal products that power performance marketing, measurement, experimentation, automation, and optimisation across the entire marketing organisation.
You’ll be the connective tissue between marketing stakeholders and engineering teams — ensuring the right problems are defined, prioritised, and delivered in a way that drives measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own product strategy and execution for internal marketing tools and systems.
- Translate loose briefs, pain points, and high-level marketing needs into structured product requirements.
- Partner with performance marketing, growth, analytics, and engineering to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
- Define roadmaps, success metrics, and delivery plans across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design features, validate concepts, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Build products that streamline workflows, enhance measurement, and unlock operational and strategic efficiency.
- Champion clarity, simplicity, and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
About You
You’re a product manager who thrives in environments where the problems are complex, the stakeholders are diverse, and the impact is measurable. You can take unstructured ideas and turn them into products that make teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
You likely bring:
- Experience as a Product Manager in performance marketing, marketing technology, adtech, or a related domain.
- A track record of building internal tools or platforms that support marketing or data-driven teams.
- Strong product-sense and ability to structure ambiguous problems into deliverable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills — you’re comfortable working with marketers, analysts, engineers, and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance tactical needs with long-term product vision.
- A user-centric mindset and appreciation for thoughtful UX, even for internal users.
Nice to have:
- Experience with attribution, experimentation, automation, or marketing performance workflows.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, internal tooling, or internal platform integrations.
