Lead SAP Developer

We are looking for a skilled Lead SAP Developer to join our team and take charge of designing, developing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, system reliability, and continuous enhancements within the SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of critical Coupa projects, including design, execution, testing, and post-deployment support
• Take ownership of the technical aspects of the Coupa landscape, ensuring it meets performance standards and aligns with business objectives
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolve complex platform issues in line with incident management practices
• Coordinate and oversee Coupa software upgrades, updates, and integrations by working closely with internal teams and external partners
• Evaluate the Coupa platform regularly to identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of technical enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Coupa solutions are integrated effectively with SAP systems and meet business demands
• Maintain and share documentation of technical workflows, processes, and solutions to support team knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Coupa, including implementing and supporting key modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, and SIM
• At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
• Comprehensive technical and functional expertise in integrating Coupa with SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP FI (Finance) and MM (Materials Management)
• Experience with third-party tools such as SirionOne and VIM
• Proven track record in Coupa integrations, including cXML, API integrations, and Flat File integrations, with a strong understanding of integration methodologies
• Several years of experience in IT consultancy or application management, with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale enterprise solutions
• Strong project management skills and a sense of ownership, capable of leading technical conversations with business users, project managers, and architects
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional finance and procurement tools, such as SAP Concur or SAP Fieldglass
• Experience with programming or scripting languages like Python or C# to support integration tasks
• Familiarity with test automation tools and processes
