The team at Track-POD is looking for an experienced PRODUCT UI/UX DESIGNER in Europe, highly analytical, data-driven designer. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process, discovering and defining a problem and then empathically designing a solution with the end goal of delivering the smoothest user experience possible.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead design projects that drive product-led growth
- Lead design projects and advocate for web experience across teams and the company.
- Transform large-scale SaaS interface to new experience that matters.
- You'll be challenged to do your best work
- Help develop and establish a team culture and design processes
- Dive deep to map out workflows, pain points, and personas to find the best ways to optimize tasks, user journeys, and jobs.
- Design, wireframe, and prototype interfaces
- Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Experts, and Engineers as they build and ship solutions
- Build out design processes, tools, and culture in the team.
- Present and communicate your ideas well.
Who you are
- You are located in Europe
- You ask a lot of questions.
- Your background includes at least 5 years of experience designing complex solutions
- At least 3 proven project in the web apps
- You have in-depth knowledge of web patterns and web user experience.
- You’re able to gracefully balance bold product ideas with user satisfaction
- You know how to take a concept to a prototype design quickly and efficiently
- You have a portfolio you are proud of.
- You know the value of not only data, but also looking beyond numbers
- Your verbal and written English skills are at an advanced level
Salary range per month:
- Competitive Salary per month: 4000-5000 EUR gross (depending on your experience)
