ROLE OBJECTIVE
To provide IT audit and consulting services to clients in Lithuania and abroad, with the aim of assessing cybersecurity risks and creating a plan to mitigate them.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct IT audits and IT risk assessments according to ISO standards, the requirements of the Bank of Lithuania, the European Central Bank;
- Implementation of ISO standards for clients and preparation of safety documents;
- Functions of information security officer (CISO);
- Smooth management of IT audit projects;
- Professional communication with clients to clarify needs and provide feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of work experience in IT audit, cybersecurity and information security, risk assessment;
- Degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, engineering or a related field;
- Ability to identify security risks and weaknesses and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks;
- Knowledge of relevant information/cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, Lithuanian and European Central Bank requirements, NIST, etc.);
- Excellent technical aptitude, ingenuity and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and terms, i.e. password stores, data classification, data encryption (SIEM, DLP, PAM, MDM, etc.);
- Certificates in the field of IT or IT security (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ITIL, Prince,) or other relevant certificates recognized in the information security market.
