Copos Capital is looking for a Quantitative Researcher in a $100M portfolio. We are a Luxembourg-based private investment office affiliated to Vilniaus Prekyba Group.

Copos employs an active portfolio management approach, investing across a liquid and diverse universe of asset classes and geographies through a multi-strategy framework. We combine classical asset allocation with quantitative overlays and selectively take tactical positions to enhance risk-adjusted returns.

Role Overview

As a Quantitative Researcher, you will participate in the full lifecycle of quantitative investment strategies – from idea generation and hypothesis back testing, to live execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will develop and refine algorithmic models, analyze data, and optimize strategies to enhance trading performance.

We expect you to have:

• 1+ years of coding experience;
• Analytical skills;
• Prior trading and/or data analysis experience is beneficial but not required.

• 2800 - 4150 eur/month gross annual base salary (dependent on experience);
• Annual bonuses depending on achieved goals;

Successful applicants will be joining an expanding team in Vilnius; remote work from other EU countries is also possible.
