We are seeking a Business Applications Specialist (D365 Business Central) to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. We are seeking a Business Applications Specialist (D365 Business Central) to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Implementation & Upgrades
- Participate in the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of new modules, features, or system upgrades
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during implementation projects
- Conduct impact analysis and change management related to system enhancements
- Consulting users on different Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central matters
- Provide day-to-day support for users of Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or data inconsistencies
- Liaise with Microsoft support or vendors when necessary
- Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for staff
- Act as the go-to expert for functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC
- Maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Proven track record supporting and improving ERP systems in a business environment
- Strong understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)
