Business Applications Specialist (D365 Business Central)

We are seeking a Business Applications Specialist (D365 Business Central) to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Upgrades

• Participate in the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of new modules, features, or system upgrades
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during implementation projects
• Conduct impact analysis and change management related to system enhancements
• Consulting users on different Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central matters
  
  

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide day-to-day support for users of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or data inconsistencies
• Liaise with Microsoft support or vendors when necessary
  
  

User Training & Documentation

• Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for staff
• Act as the go-to expert for functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC
• Maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
• Experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Proven track record supporting and improving ERP systems in a business environment
• Strong understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)
