We are looking for a colleague who would join our team as a Data Steward, where you would be responsible for implementing our Data Governance program. Your work would positively impact not only our data products and the quality of our data but also our organizational processes as well as our IT development. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Identifying, documenting and monitoring data quality issues to ensure high data quality standards across all business domains
- Preparing and handing off requests to implement procedural or IT changes
- Serving as a go-to expert for questions regarding our Data Governance program
- Keeping in touch with change management teams and data owners to align the data team about upcoming IT changes
- Ensuring a smooth experience of getting access to the data they need
- Contributing to the development of the company’s data architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree related to data analytics (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics), data stewardship or project management
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience using SQL
- Ability to understand business needs and communicate results to domain stakeholders
- Ability to document your ideas and express them in an effective manner
- Attention to details and understanding of systems
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral)
- Take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
