What Will You Do:

  • Lead complex data analysis projects.
  • Develop and implement data management and analytics strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Design and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming data systems.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Optimize data loading processes and complex reporting.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data collection, transformation, and integration from various sources.
  • Develop statistical and forecasting models, applying advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning).
  • Generate insights and recommendations for senior management based on thorough analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance analytics processes and maximize the value of data-driven solutions.


What We Expect:

  • Higher education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting models.
  • Hands-on experience with data manipulation and cleansing techniques.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to organize work independently.
  • Good command of English.

Salary: €4,000–€4,400 per month gross (before taxes).

The exact compensation will be discussed with the candidate and depends on experience and competencies.
