Role: Service Desk Support / IT Support - FRENCH SPEAKING

Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid work Model)

Contract Type: Fixed term Contract / Permanent contract


Main responsibilities include:

• Handle requests by phone or email and log them in the ticket management tool

• Diagnose incidents, resolve them directly, or assign them to internal teams

• Follow up on the processing of requests or incidents assigned to internal teams

• Collaborate on the implementation of relevant procedures to improve the operation of the service desk

• Take charge of any other request made by the management considering the professional and personal skills of the employee

Function Profile :

• Specialization: Telecom and IT networks, IT

• Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience

Skills :

• Strong understanding in computer software

• Basic knowledge in IT/Telecom networks

• Some understanding in basic supporting tooling and appropriate processes

• Good knowledge on Service Now, Windows, Office365, Adobe, etc.

French and English speaking is mandatory.
