Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Montash are currently seeking an AI Engineer to help bring AI technologies into real-world applications. In this role, you’ll lead the integration of LLMs, ensuring scalable, responsible, and high-impact AI solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using LangChain and similar frameworks.
• Integrate APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and Mistral into enterprise systems.
• Deploy and serve models with MLflow, Flask, FastAPI, or Triton Inference Server.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems connecting LLMs with enterprise data.
• Ensure responsible AI practices: bias detection, content moderation, explainability, and safety.
• Monitor model performance in production and support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Python programming and data handling skills (NumPy, Pandas, SQL).
• Experience with model deployment, API integration, and LLM frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and MLOps best practices.
