Your Role And Responsibilities

Delivery office receives dozens of project opportunity requests daily through various communication channels and emails, each containing critical information about skill requirements, budgets, timelines, and team needs. Currently, these requests are processed manually, making it impossible to identify trends, track demand patterns, or gain strategic insights about evolving market needs.This manual approach creates significant inefficiencies and missed opportunities, as valuable data about skill demands, project characteristics, and resource allocation patterns remains trapped in unstructured formats across multiple communication channels. Without proper analytics tools, resource managers cannot anticipate skill gaps, forecast demand, or make data-driven hiring decisions.This internship will transform this fragmented, manual process into an automated analytics system that provides real-time insights into resource demand trends, skill requirements, and project patterns, enabling strategic workforce planning and proactive resource management through comprehensive dashboards and business intelligence tools. The intern will build automated data pipelines to extract and process resource requests from various data sources such as APIs, emails, and file exports, ensuring clean, standardized data for analysis; creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Plotly to visualize key trends, skill demands, project patterns, and resource utilization metrics with drill-down capabilities; conducting business intelligence analysis to identify emerging skill trends, seasonal patterns, budget distributions, and actionable insights for strategic planning; and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through professional presentations that demonstrate the business value and impact of the analytics solution.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience with Power BI and Plotly
• Understanding of data processing, ETL pipelines, and automation
• Good Python skills
• Motivation to work with Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions

• Fluent English
• Ability to incorporate a variety of statistical and machine learning techniques
• Interest in LLMs or Generative AI applications
