Type of Position
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centric design solutions that maximize conversions across Shopify stores. Your expertise in UX/UI design, particularly within the e-commerce domain, will be pivotal in optimizing our client’s digital storefronts. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for high-performing e-commerce storefronts across diverse industries.
- Translate brand guidelines into polished, conversion-focused store experiences, adapting and extending our design system for each client.
- Own and maintain design systems in Figma, ensuring component consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution across all projects.
- Conduct strategic research, including competitive analysis and inspiration gathering, to inform strong creative and UX direction.
- Present design work to clients with clarity and confidence, guiding them through key decisions and design rationale.
- Apply feedback thoughtfully and deliver refined, high-fidelity designs that align with best practices for CVR, AOV, CRO, and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, engineers, PMs, and designers to ensure smooth handoff, accurate implementation, and alignment with project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience: 5–7 years of professional design experience, primarily in e-commerce.
- E-commerce Expertise: Deep experience designing for Shopify; strong understanding of CRO, CVR, and AOV best practices.
- Client Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, present design decisions confidently, and build strong client relationships.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Branding: Ability to extend and apply brand guidelines across digital experiences is highly valued.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing e-commerce work, design systems, and measurable impact on conversion performance.
