As our new Front-End Developer, Design System you will work closely with designers and developers to implement high-quality, reusable components and ensure design consistency across digital products.
You will contribute to building a cohesive visual identity, improving usability, and enabling faster, more consistent product development.
Your daily design job will ensure the stable, scalable and easy to use system. This will also increase the adoption of the design system among the Front-End developers in product teams.

The job shall be hybrid, in our location in Ljubljana.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain design system components: Develop, document, and maintain reusable components and libraries using modern front-end frameworks (especially React).
- Documentation & guidelines: Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation and usage guidelines, ensuring that teams can easily adopt and apply the design system.
- Quality assurance: Implement automated end-to-end testing (Playwright) to ensure reliability, stability, and functionality. Writing unit tests, visual regression tests, and documentation.
- CI/CD & deployment: Configure and manage Azure Pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Version control & workflow management: Utilize version control systems (Git) to manage code repositories, ensuring structured and efficient development workflows.
- Collaboration: To create user-friendly and accessible interfaces for front end developers and to bridge the gaps between design and development.
- 2–4 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, React, TailwindCSS.
- Experience using version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Experience with Storybook or similar documentation tools.
- Go od communication skills in English .
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
