Funciones
- Diseñar y elaborar Planes de Igualdad, Planes LGTBI y Planes de Diversidad, incluyendo todas las fases de los mismos de forma autónoma.
- Participar en la comisión reguladora de los Planes de Igualdad.
- Elaborar los registros retributivos y auditorías salariales.
- Diseñar e impartir de formaciones a las diversas organizaciones de igualdad.
- Seguimiento de legislación y regulaciones.
- Realización de labores de investigación en lo que respecta a estudios y noticias que puedan tener una influencia y mejorar las prácticas en materia de igualdad y diversidad.
