An exciting opportunity to join the team of our client, a leading architectural office based in Bucharest, Romania. We are looking for an Bidding Engineer to join this organisation.
Main objectives
The role of the Bidding & Procurement Engineer within Quadratum Architecture is essential for planning, structuring and coordinating the entire technical-economic bidding process related to public tenders, directly contributing to the company's development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of tender documentation and extraction of relevant requirements
- Elaboration of technical and economic offers
- Evaluating the offers together with the teams involved
- Identifying and managing subcontractors or external partners
- Planning and tracking deadlines for submitting multiple bids
- Communication with contracting authorities and private clients for clarifications
- Ensuring compliance of documentation with legislation and project requirements
- Transmission of information to the technical teams after the award
- Proposing solutions to improve the bidding process
- Maintaining the internal database on tenders and partners
- Drafting and verification of support documents for tenders
- Coordination of the auction team and organisation of the workflow
Requirements
- Public procurement
- Technical documentation (PT, DALI, SF)
- Technical and financial bidding
- Team coordination
- Currency applications, MS Office
- Stakeholder communication
- Higher technical studies
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Regulations and technical standards
- Gantt chart interpretation
