Main objectives

The role of the Bidding & Procurement Engineer within Quadratum Architecture is essential for planning, structuring and coordinating the entire technical-economic bidding process related to public tenders, directly contributing to the company's development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of tender documentation and extraction of relevant requirements
• Elaboration of technical and economic offers
• Evaluating the offers together with the teams involved
• Identifying and managing subcontractors or external partners
• Planning and tracking deadlines for submitting multiple bids
• Communication with contracting authorities and private clients for clarifications
• Ensuring compliance of documentation with legislation and project requirements
• Transmission of information to the technical teams after the award
• Proposing solutions to improve the bidding process
• Maintaining the internal database on tenders and partners
• Drafting and verification of support documents for tenders
• Coordination of the auction team and organisation of the workflow

Requirements

• Higher technical studies
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Regulations and technical standards
