Product Manager – Renewable Energy

This role is responsible for managing all ongoing activities related to the purchasing, performance, and development of renewable energy products within the Altex portfolio, such as photovoltaic systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, EV chargers, and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the renewable energy product portfolio in line with company performance indicators and market trends

• Negotiates contractual and commercial terms with suppliers for new and existing products in the renewable energy category

• Participates in industry fairs and technology events to identify innovations and select new products aligned with market potential

• Analyzes trends and key performance indicators, ensuring their proper implementation in product strategy

• Monitors the category’s product range, ensuring competitiveness in terms of pricing, availability, technical specifications, and profitability

• Evaluates product performance through indicators such as sales volume, margin, turnover speed, stock availability, and stock aging

• Proposes new product listings in the renewable energy segment based on market needs, demand evolution, and strategic relevance

• Maintains the relationship with suppliers, overseeing joint turnover objectives, stock availability, order flow, and purchase price negotiations

• Works closely with store teams and technical partners to ensure the product offering meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements

• Proposes products and promotional content for catalogs, flyers, online communication campaigns, and follows their implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, procurement, or a technical/commercial role in the renewable energy or related industries

• College degree, preferably in engineering, economics, or related fields

• Good English knowledge and MS Office skills

• Proactivity and innovation in managing technical and customer-facing solutions

• Demonstrates integrity, respect, creativity, rigor, and customer orientation
