The Role

As our Digital Analyst, you'll architect cutting-edge tracking systems and ensure precision data collection across our gaming platforms. You'll work in an environment where learning by doing is celebrated, mistakes are valuable lessons, and your analytical expertise drives real-world impact.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with developers, product, marketing, and data teams on tracking planning, implementation, and comprehensive QA
• Configure, optimize, and audit analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Snowplow) with proactive alerting for data quality
• Guide BI specialists through client-side data complexities, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
• Create compelling dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Ensure GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulation compliance across all digital analytics initiatives
• Execute rigorous quality control for tracking across web and mobile gaming platforms
• Drive continuous improvement in our analytics infrastructure and methodologies
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Snowplow)
• Proven experience with tracking planning, execution, and QA for digital platforms
• Strong understanding of Tag Management Systems (client-side and server-side)
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and their analytics impact
• SQL proficiency and data visualization skills
• Gaming industry experience and passion for player experience optimization
• Collaborative mindset, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail
  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with auto-tracking/session-replay/experimentation platforms
• Understanding of marketing conversions tracking tools including MMPs
