About the Role

We are seeking skilled Cisco-certified network engineers/technicians to support on-site Cisco-related tasks across Geneva and surrounding regions. This role is ideal for professionals who prefer flexible, project-based technical work within the networking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and replacement of Cisco hardware
• Install and configure routers, switches, wireless access points, and related devices
• Conduct Layer 1 and Layer 2 network troubleshooting
• Assist with rack setup, patch panel terminations, and basic network cabling
• Collaborate with remote network teams for configuration and escalation support
• Complete site surveys, reports, and client documentation after each visit

Requirements

• Active Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)
• Proven field or dispatch experience with Cisco environments
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and structured cabling
• Must have a laptop with internet connectivity and a basic toolkit
• Willingness to travel locally for urgent or scheduled site visits
