The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our Project Management Engineering team within Power Quality to carry the responsibility of managing and consolidating the engineering of our delivery projects, with accountability for the technical part of the overall solution. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of complex projects and foster a high-performing team in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will have the unique opportunity to lead a team of Lead Engineers who are the technical project managers within our projects, driving collaboration and technical excellence. You will be the central link that connects technical expertise and project execution. Acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, you will build strong relationships and manage expectations while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and our internal processes.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 engineers in Sweden, and additional 20 engineers spread across the world that will report to you functionally.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of multiple projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Drive innovation and improve project processes, tools, and methodologies across the department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring clear communication and mitigation strategies.
  • Track KPIs and report progress to senior management, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Your background

  • University degree in Engineering.
  • Experience from managing complex projects end-to-end and strong knowledge of project management methodologies. If you have worked with construction projects within the energy sector it is an advantage.
  • Experience from a managerial role with personnel and budget responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English.
