Oracle Program Manager
Location: Amsterdam

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Oracle implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Manage stakeholders across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Oversee resource planning, onboarding/offboarding, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, risk management, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and disputes with confidence.
- Identify opportunities for value creation beyond SOW without compromising profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Oracle end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage gross profit margins and revenue forecasts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
