Driven by a passion for payment & checkout technology, we deliver solutions and services that empower our customers and stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Technical Project Coordinator/ Technical Engineer, your task will focus on requirement analysis, testing, configuring, and implementing innovative payment technologies for H&M’s in-store environments worldwide.

  • Capture, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements together with business experts, retail leads, and regional teams.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of payment solutions with POS systems, PSPs, and internal platforms – both for modernization of legacy systems and adoption of new technologies.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT); maintain test environments and ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution of payment-related incidents together with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks, maintaining a secure and compliant payment environment.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices for architecture, testing, and operations.
  • Stay informed on emerging payment technologies, cloud integration patterns, and security practices, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment, driving technical initiatives and supporting cross-functional delivery teams to maximize business value.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in technical coordination, project delivery, or system integration within retail, fintech, or payment domains.
  • Understanding POS systems, PSP integrations, payment terminals, APIs, and transaction flows.
  • Experience with UAT/test coordination, configuration management, and incident resolution.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, GDPR.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business perspectives.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for technology-driven business improvement.
