Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract in Sweden.

The purpose of the role will be to lead the Technical Due Diligence and IT Integration for M&A IT, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with the company’s IT strategy. Evaluating IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital assets of acquisition targets the Group Head of M&A IT will need to understand and manage risk and assist with the creation and management of IT integration projects.

· Identifying risks and opportunities for digital transformation and operational synergies.

· Designing and delivering IT integration programs, including M365, data, and application migrations.

· Collaborating across workstreams to ensure full-service transitions and architectural alignment.

· Communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders through clear documentation and

reporting.

You combine technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership to drive value from acquisitions and ensure scalable, secure IT operations post-integration.
