Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will join our AI & Data team and contribute to the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions that create real business value for our clients. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, leveraging advanced AI—including Generative AI—to deliver production-ready solutions with a strong focus on MLOps.

This role is remote, but candidates based in Krakow who can occasionally attend the office will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Delivery & MLOps

• Lead and contribute to the full lifecycle of AI projects: ideation, feasibility assessment, data preparation, model development, deployment, and industrialization.
• Design and deliver robust, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions with strong MLOps principles.
• Leverage state-of-the-art AI capabilities—open-source and proprietary—and conduct proof-of-concepts to validate innovative approaches.

Collaboration & Business Impact

• Work with cross-functional teams across domains such as risk management, business optimization, and customer intelligence.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives toward an AI-centric culture.
• Apply AI methods to solve real-world business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Knowledge Sharing & Leadership

• Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
• Build and share knowledge internally; contribute to “black papers,” participate in internal events, and—if interested—present at conferences.
• Attend AI conferences to network, learn, and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Business Development

• Support pre-sales and business development activities, contributing technical expertise and shaping AI solution proposals.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

Technical Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Applied AI, including hands-on work with Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure: resource deployment, solution architecture, management, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to real-world business problems.

Education

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Sciences, or related fields.
