Our Requirements:

• Managing the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process across our companies.
• Overseeing and maintaining all Business Continuity-related documentation within the corporate structure.
• Evaluating the outputs and findings of the Business Impact Analysis studies.
• Driving improvement areas identified through BIA studies, managing and tracking associated risks.
• Enhancing and improving Business Continuity practices in line with national and international standards (e.g., ISO 22301, BCI Good Practice Guidelines).
• Developing and conducting training and awareness activities to increase Business Continuity awareness across the organization.
• Reporting on all annual Business Continuity activities and progress to Senior Management and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinating and managing the planning, execution, and post-testing review of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercises.
• Collaborating with IT, Risk Management, and other departments to integrate BC/DR strategies into overall organizational resilience.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Business Continuity Management.
• Must possess an ISO 22301 Lead Auditor (LA) or Lead Implementer (LI) certificate.
• General knowledge of Information Security (InfoSec) products and principles.
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and their application to business continuity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
