Scrum Master Analyst

Budget: contract B2B - 135PLN/h

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Analyst who will also fulfill the role of a Scrum Master. This position involves supporting teams focused on Reporting through SAP BW and DQ+, along with analyzing and assessing new ideas within the backlog. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactivity, ownership, and problem-solving skills while driving agile delivery in alignment with Nordea standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for effective team operations.
• Document and clarify functional and non-functional requirements using data modeling.
• Analyze features within the backlog for continual progress.
• Ensure adherence to financial accounting standards in banking.
• Collaborate across the Agile Release Train (ART) to promote cohesive project execution.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe methodologies.
• Experience in Financial Accounting, particularly within banking.
• Ability to clarify, document, and communicate requirements effectively.
• Experience in Business Reporting and Integration patterns (batch and webservices).
• Proficient in Cloud Solutions and AI technologies.
  
  

Other Details:

This role is based in Poland, Warsaw, and involves working across all PL locations. Proficiency in English is required. The position is part of the Service Domain Financial Accounting and Procurement.
